RemoverWatermark is an online tool that removes watermarks, logos and text from images using AI. We operate the website and the account, storage and processing service behind it.

This policy covers the website and the processing service.

Account information: your email address, name and sign-in method, and, if you sign in with a third-party provider, the basic profile it shares.

Content: the images you upload, the areas you paint with the brush and the results created from them.

Usage and device information: pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, browser type and a device identifier used to apply the free allowance and prevent abuse.

Payment information: purchases are handled by our payment provider. We receive the purchase record, not your full card details.

We use your information to provide the service: to process the images you submit, show you the results, keep your history if you are signed in, process payments and credits, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service.

When you remove a watermark, your image (and the areas you painted, if any) is sent to our AI image provider to create the result. The provider processes these files only to complete your request. We do not use your images to train AI models, and we never publish them or show them to other users.

Only upload images you own or have permission to edit.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (hosting, storage, email, payments, analytics and AI image processing), when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Images uploaded without an account, and their results, are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload. For signed-in users, images and results are kept for 30 days so you can download them again from your history, then deleted automatically.

Email support@removerwatermark.app to ask us to delete your account and the content stored for it sooner. We may keep limited records when the law, a dispute, fraud prevention or a payment requires it.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and private storage to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password or a trusted sign-in provider.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences such as language and theme. If analytics is enabled, we use it to understand how the site is used in aggregate.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@removerwatermark.app from the address on your account. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

The service is not directed to children under 16. Do not create an account or upload images if you are under 16. If you believe we hold a child's data, contact us and we will delete it.
