Terms of Service

RemoverWatermark lets you upload an image and remove watermarks, logos, text or other marks from it with AI. A limited number of removals are free; further removals use credits or a Pro subscription, and the cost is shown before you start.

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account.

Only upload images you own or have permission to edit. Do not use the service to remove watermarks, copyright notices or other rights-management information from images you do not have the rights to, such as stock photos, photographers' proofs or other people's work, in order to use them without a license. Doing so may infringe copyright and laws protecting copyright management information.

You are solely responsible for the images you upload and how you use the results. We may refuse requests, suspend accounts and act on valid takedown notices sent to support@removerwatermark.app.

Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, to create content that is illegal, harassing, sexual or deceptive, to impersonate someone, or to process images of children. Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or to get free removals by creating multiple accounts. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

You keep the rights you have in your images and give us a limited permission to process them to provide the service. You may download, keep and use the results to the extent you hold the rights to the original image. The service and site content remain ours.

Credits are bought in one-time packs and are used when you start a removal. If a removal fails, its credits are returned automatically. Purchases are otherwise final except where the law requires a refund.

Results are produced by AI and may contain errors or artifacts, and some watermarks can't be removed cleanly. Invisible watermarks and metadata such as SynthID or C2PA are not removed. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service at any time. Email support@removerwatermark.app to close your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
